BOOKING CONDITIONS
Individual Bookings
1.
Full payment must be made at time of booking or credit card details taken and held as booking confirmation.
2.
Full refund is permitted on booking cancellation made outside of 48 hours from departure time.
3.
No refunds are permitted inside of 48 hours from departure time.
4.
Rescheduling of a booking is permitted outside of 24 hours from departure time.
5.
No refunds or rescheduling is permitted within 24 hours from departure time.
6.
If weather or harbour conditions are hazardous, as determined by Harbour Jet - Sydney Australia, rescheduling or refunds may be offered to passengers at any time.
Corporate Charters/Group Bookings
1.
A deposit of 50%, payable to Harbour Jet - Sydney Australia, is required to confirm a booking.
2.
A 10% administration fee will be charged on booking cancellations made outside of 7 days from the departure date.
3.
No refund of the deposit will be permitted for bookings cancelled within 7 days and outside of 48 hours, of the departure time.
4.
Final payment and final passenger numbers are to be confirmed 48 hours prior to departure time.
5.
For bookings made 48 hours of departure time, full payment is required on day of confirmation.
6.
Rescheduling of a booking is permitted outside of 48 hours from departure time.
7.
No refunds or rescheduling is permitted within 48 hours from departure time.
8.
If weather or harbour conditions are hazardous, as determined by Harbour Jet - Sydney Australia, rescheduling or refunds may be offered to the passengers at any time.
1.
Maunator Pty Ltd. trading as Harbour Jet - Sydney Australia reserves the right to add, withdraw, substitute and or vary advertised routes, vessels, prices and departures times and may refuse any person, for whatever reason, participation in the ride, in its absolute discretion whether or not they have previously purchased a ticket.
2.
Any passengers who may be pregnant, suffer from back, neck, or heart conditions, or have previous injuries are strongly advised not to ride on Harbour Jet and should consult with the booking office or skipper before boarding Harbour Jet.
3.
Passengers board and ride on Harbour Jet vessels at their own risk and in no circumstance other than the gross negligence of the skipper as proven by a court of law, will Maunator Pty. Ltd. trading as Harbour Jet - Sydney Australia its officers, servants, or agents be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss or damage to person or property whilst embarking, traveling or disembarking from Harbour Jet.
4.
Children must be over 130cm to ride.
5.
Child ticket rate applies to children 14 years & under.
6.
An adult must accompany children under 12 years of age.
7.
Children must be 12 years and over for the Middle Harbour Adventure
